The Wave Mujin TL from Mizuno bears the name of its designer Tuan Lee with it's TL suffix but the most important part of the name to outdoor gear heads will be the addition of the hallowed GTX signifying this is an outdoor and Mancunian pavement tsunami ready pair of rugged trail shoes lined with a Gore-Tex membrane.
Adorned with a mixture of rip stop mesh and thermo panelling the Muji TL sits atop what has to be one of the most rugged looking outsoles we've ever seen. Supplied with plenty of grip from Michelin it'sdeep jagged lugs should tackle any outdoor or urban scenario you might put them through. Rounded off nicely with a somewhat aged looking colourway the Wave Mujin TL strikes perfect balance between muted colour palette and technical functionality.
