New Balance 2002R "PROTECTION PACK" - SANDSTONE

New Balance goes back to the "Future" with the latest edition of their luxuriously deconstructed take on their 2010 runner, the 2002R "Protection Pack". Sometimes known as the "Refined Future", the shoe overlays its cream leather and mesh upper with jagged, tonal cream pig suede panels meant to evoke the look of a future relic. The shoes feature exposed foam on the leather tongue, white heel counter, leather 'N' logo on the side and branding on the tongue, heel and collar finish off the details up top. The normal sole unit has been swapped out for the one found on the 860 V2, which combines N-ERGY in the heel with midfoot Stability Web and ACTEVA LITE cushioning in the forefoot and capped off by a tonal rubber outsole.
