HOKA x BEAMS - Bondi 7 - Chestnut/Black Bean

HOKA and Beams meet in the Bondi 7 – bringing together two worlds that seem unrelated at first glance. Beams is one of Japan's most influential select shops, founded in 1976 in Tokyo's Harajuku district, evolving into a network of its own labels, collaborations, and cultural hubs. The Bondi 7 is one of HOKA's most celebrated maximal-cushion silhouettes, with an oversized midsole that has transitioned from the endurance runway to everyday life. The Chestnut / Black Bean colorway keeps the palette intentionally muted. Both versions feature a tonal all-over camo across the upper and midsole, appearing more speckled and stone-like than military. Textile mesh, suede heel sections with reflective accents, and brushed toe overlays draw on traditional hōkime rake patterns of Japanese gardens. The entire design remains vegan. Beams and HOKA chose the setting of a Japanese Zen garden for the presentation – imperfection, natural materials, and the passage of time in the spirit of Wabi-Sabi philosophy are the common thread of this finely crafted Bondi 7.
