adidas Originals STAN SMITH "FOOTWEAR WHITE"

For over 50 years, the Stan Smith has been one of the flagships of adidas. The timeless tennis shoe has long been a real classic even in street style. Originally, the shoe was released under the name "Robert Haillet" and is known as the first leather tennis shoe. After Haillet's career ended, the brand decided to look for a new face for the classic and found a successful tennis player in Stan Smith, with whose help the sneaker and adidas achieved worldwide success. The STAN SMITH "FOOTWEAR WHITE" appears in a new re-design and is made of 50% recycled polyester. In addition to the classic style, the outsole is also made of recycled rubber scraps. The Stan Smith is part of adidas campaign to move forward with the goal of using only recycled polyester by 2024.
