retaW is a Tokyo-based fragrance label that treats scent as an accessory rather than an afterthought, and the Harajuku Car Tag brings that idea to the rear-view mirror. Named for Tokyo's most eclectic district, it opens on yuzu, bergamot and mandarin before settling into jasmine, sakura and leather, finishing on hinoki, amber and musk. Hang it up and it swings gently with the car, filling the cabin with a warm, layered scent rather than a single hit of air freshener.
