The Chuck 70 had its heyday in the 70s, but to this day it is impossible to imagine the sneaker scene and the street without it. He has become a cult object of the fashion scene and continues to be the flagship of Converse. Only the revised midsole and the Ortholite insole differ from the otherwise unchanged retro sneaker. The Converse CHUCK 70 HI " RED BARK" retains the classic design but adds color accents through the upper. From the midfoot to the heel, the upper is made of a fabric in cork design. The tongue and the lace reinforcement are in the "Red Bark" colorway. The laces also differ in their design and material from the otherwise classic laces.
