Coca-Cola meets the Three Stripes: The world-famous beverage company from Atlanta borrows adidas' red and white color code and launches a whole collection of Originals silhouettes. The Coca-Cola x adidas Collection will be released on June 6, 2026, via adidas and selected retailers. At the center: the Adidas x Coca Cola Adistar Control 5. Originally launched in 2008 as a stability runner with German precision, the Adistar line dates back to 1976. This colorway features the Coke Classic blend: a red upper with white accents. Synthetic textile overlays sit on a breathable mesh base, beneath a thick foam midsole with Adiprene cushioning and a chunky rubber outsole. Signature branding from both houses – the Y2K runner in full bloom. The sneaker scene is consistently looking back to move forward: Gen Z wears their parents' styles and makes 2000s tech runners a defining look of the present.
