TOYS McCOY Marilyn Monroe Reversible 'Sukajan' Souvenir Jacket - Blue/Black

Part of their Hollywood Legends Collection, TOYS McCOY's Marilyn Jacket is a piece of American history. Whilst on her honeymoon in Japan, Marilyn was asked to fly to Korea and perform for the American troops. During her time, she was seen sporting a jacket with the 6147th Tactical Control Group's 'Mosquito Unit' crest on the front. With this piece of history in mind, TOYS created this Sukajan. The jacket stars a pinup image of Marilyn Monroe on the back and the Mosquito squadron's emblem on the front. 

The reverse of the jacket features more traditional souvenir iconography. On the back is an intricately embroidered tiger, growling at the moon, and on the chest we have the tiger's snarling head. Both sides feature piping on the arms and red, white and blue ribbed detailing on the cuffs and hem.
