Based on the B-9 Flight Down Parka issues by the U.S. Army in the 1940s, the jacket features a stunning satin quilt, a shearling lined hood, and insulated down padding. The outer shell, which is made of a high quality 100% cotton twill, features two hand warmer pockets and two lower flap pockets for extra storage. An elastic waistband and zip closure with buttoned storm flap provides great protection from the elements, and an extra nod of heritage detail is added with the Air Force insignia printed on the left sleeve.
