Junya Watanabe MAN · available at 1 store · delivery to US
A continuation of Junya Watanabe’s long-running partnership with Tricker’s, this version leans further into workwear references.
Built on a traditional brogue boot, it follows Tricker’s classic patterns—bench-made in England and largely unchanged for generations. Founded in 1829, Tricker’s remains one of the few makers still producing Goodyear-welted footwear, prized for durability and long-term wear.
Watanabe’s influence appears in the heavier, more utilitarian sole—commando or crepe depending on the iteration—shifting the profile from classic country boots to something more grounded and functional.
Finished with metal eyelets, storm welt construction, and contrast pull tabs, it’s a familiar shape with added presence. Rooted in tradition, but pushed slightly off-centre in line with the Junya Watanabe MAN approach.
