Unlikely is a Tokyo-based label rooted in the philosophy of unconventional reinterpretations of familiar design. This season’s collection cultivates vintage Americana workwear and military-inspired styles through a contemporary, exploratory lens.
The Chopped Coverall Top is the upper half of Unlikely's vintage-inspired all-in-one. It's crafted from a faithfully reproduced 10oz 2/1 light-hand denim, originally Sanforized and used by Union Made workwear brands in the '50s and '60s. To recreate it, deadstock pieces were dissected and studied—right down to the dye, thread, and weave. The fabric is now woven on modern looms, maintaining vintage integrity while improving production efficiency.
The Chopped Coverall Top can be worn solo or reattached to the matching bottoms — a drawstring at the hem lets you bring the full suit back together or simply cinch it in on its own.
Cooper is 187cm (6'1") and is wearing size Medium.
