adidas comes together with Mexican brand Hermanos Koumori to collaborate on a range of apparel, footwear and accessories, blending adi's technical precision with HK's vibrant storytelling.
adi's new kid on the block brings lessons learned from the record-breaking Adizero Adios Evo 1 and repackages it for everyday use.
Bringing lessons learned through the Adizero Adios Evo 1, the Evo SL pares back the extreme lightweight compromises to deliver a shoe that's "only" superlight—weighing-in at a scant 188g whilst providing better all-round training performance. The Adizero Evo SL is the shoe for a runner that wants to do it all in one shoe whilst still chasing PBs.
The uppers feature a lightweight and breathable woven mesh upper that's slightly thicker than the standard Evo SL with reinforcements that stretch out onto the upper that offers a more snug fit. The tongue is a little bit taller and the padding stretches further down to the eyelets.
Where the Evo SL differentiates from the Evo 1 the most is the tooling, with carbon plates replaced by a top-loaded Torsion bar system which provides stability without the everyday compromises of a plated race shoe. Lightstrike Pro foam is carried across from the top-tier racer, providing the same fantastic energy return and cushioning properties which put it right at the top of industry standards.

Similar enough to flag, not similar enough to merge — often the same model in a women's or men's cut. Other colourways are listed above. Check before assuming it's the same product.
