Puma Super Team Parma Calcio - Sport Yellow/Vivid Blue

Originally released in 1982, Puma's Super Team was developed for and used by the German national handball team. We're not talking 'bout the schoolyard classic—think more European Olympic pastime.

The upper is usually constructed with a mesh base overlaid with suede overlays for support and durability, however for this specialised release the mesh has been switched out for smooth leather, plus with the addition of Parma F.C.'s team emblem on the tongue.

One of the more unique features on the Super Team is the branding 'tag' which is cut from the eyestay but left to flap freely.

Like all good indoor sport shoes, Puma equipped the Super Team with a grippy gum rubber outsole—a functional choice that just-so-happens to look great as well.
