The original Nike shoe is back on shelves just as it was in 1971, minus the waffle iron of course, with the WMNS Moon Shoe OG "Sail/Chlorophyll". Before Nike was even called Nike, Bill Bowerman created the company's first running shoe using his wife's waffle iron. They called it the Moon Shoe from the crater-like impressions it would leave in soft surfaces. This modern take on the original design features an off white nylon upper, complete with green leather Swoosh, light grey suede overlays, and a dark gum rubber waffle sole to recreate the '70s runner's iconic style.
