Crafted with a durable leather upper and GORE-TEX membrane, this shoe delivers waterproof, breathable performance over challenging terrain. A carbon fibre midsole shank adds the stability and stiffness needed to handle heavy loads, while a compressed EVA midsole provides lasting cushion and support. Extended lacing and an improved heel hold ensure precise foot movement and blister prevention. DWR-coated over-lasted construction wraps the midsole in an abrasion-resistant compound for added durability. Underfoot, the Vibram XS Flash 2 rubber outsole features a dual-purpose design with a forefoot climbing zone optimized for smearing up rock and separate heel traction for hiking downhill.
