Released in 2013, the Salomon XT-6 was designed as a soft ground trail shoe for athletes competing in ultra-distance races. The foam midsole with full-length Agile Chassis System (ACS) gives superior cushioning & support over extended distances. Breathable mesh uppers are made more durable with a welded TPU film to help resist abrasive damage.

This version wears three additional letters in its name—a simple 'GTX' which makes all the difference. Those three little letters signify the use of GORE-TEX® technology in this shoe.
