How to Measure Yourself

• Waist: Measure straight across the waistband while the garment is laid flat.
• Rise: Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband.
• Thigh: Measure across the widest part of the thigh.
• Inside Leg: Measure from the crotch seam down to the hem.
