Constructed from a custom 50/50 nylon-cotton blend woven into a dense back-satin structure. Synthetic nylon provides lightweight, high-tensile durability, while natural cotton yarns give the bag a dry, tactile hand and organic aging characteristics over time. Assembled in raw form before entering a specialized two-step dye bath (Niban-Zome) in Okayama. Because nylon and cotton require different dye agents, this process imparts deep, multi-tonal color saturation, signature seam puckering, and a distinct crispness unique to each piece. Features a snap-fastening main flap that can be adjusted to two positions, allowing you to expand or compress the main compartment based on load volume. Built for thorough organization with five internal divider compartments, a deep quick-access exterior pocket, and a dedicated rear flap pocket for essential gear.
