OTR.970 HARD TO BUFF INK is an ultra-permanent and highly opaque alcohol-based ink. This legendary ink is the cleaning team's nightmare. OTR.970 has been optimized for the OTR.070 & OTR 071Hard to Buff Marker and the ON THE RUN Soultip Squeeze Marker and works perfectly with a variety of drawing and writing instruments.
