Van OTW reintroduces us to one of the most iconic and long-running styles within their range—Style 36. Having seen a period of popularity some years back, it went into semi-retirement as a way of letting things cool off, but now it's back. This version is made-up in the original colours which Style 36 aka 'Old Skool' was originally launched back in 1977. The OG combination of tough canvas and suede overlays was a step-up compared with Style 95 aka 'Era' which was a darling of the newly established skate scene in the '70s. Style 36 was Vans' attempt at creating one of the world's first skate-specific shoes and it was a definite success.
