Nick Wakeman, the designer behind London-based label Studio Nicholson, is committed to perfecting everyday essentials through carefully engineered garments and functional modern designs. Recalling the louche, sophisticated tailoring of 80s and 90s menswear, the Ellis Pants are cut from an Italian-sourced tumbled cotton fabrication for a soft hand feel and a low-key, lived-in quality. Designed to sit at the natural waist with deep single pleats and a full break, they feature side slant pockets, a large back pocket built into the waistband, and belt loops. Pair them with a tucked-in shirt or a relaxed knit.
