Asics Womens LSAYA FF II - Reddish Brown/Asics Blue

The ASICS x Kiko Kostadinov Novalis LYASA FF II takes inspiration from a tabi shoe in the ASICS archive that was used in an astronaut training programme in 2008. The split-toe construction carries over into a much chunkier shape, with a leather and mesh upper giving the shoe a mix of texture and structure. A marbled swirl runs through the midsole, adding another layer to Kiko Kostadinov's design language.

Underfoot, FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning gives the shoe a soft, responsive feel, while the thicker sole adds plenty of presence to the split-toe shape. The LYASA FF II keeps the unusual proportions of its archive inspiration intact, but pushes them into something that feels just right.
