Priced to United States (`US`) from a cookie, not from this URL.

Follow one of these to price this same page somewhere else. They are
links rather than a pattern to build, because several agent runtimes only
fetch a URL they have already read in a document:

- [United Kingdom](https://supplyvision.app/product/527221-living-proof-cant-k-ll-yourself.md?destination=GB)
- [Germany](https://supplyvision.app/product/527221-living-proof-cant-k-ll-yourself.md?destination=DE)
- [Poland](https://supplyvision.app/product/527221-living-proof-cant-k-ll-yourself.md?destination=PL)
- [Japan](https://supplyvision.app/product/527221-living-proof-cant-k-ll-yourself.md?destination=JP)

Any ISO 3166 alpha-2 code works in `?destination=`, and `?currency=` sets the currency. Both are read from the URL, so no cookie or session is needed. If the country above is not the one you asked for, your fetcher dropped the query string and every total here is for the wrong place.

## Offers, delivered to United States

Totals are landed cost to United States: the item, plus delivery, plus import duties where the store settles them. Delivery rates are transcribed from each shop's published terms and are estimates, not quotes.

## Description

From Lo-Fi:

Living Proof has released a book of previously unpublished photographs from the making of CKY; documenting the early days of what would eventually become Jackass. CKY was a crew of skateboarders and artists centered around Bam Margera. Their videos introduced an unprecedented style of reckless chaos as entertainment. This format became the foundation for what later became Jackass; significantly influencing the tone of early 2000s media and skateboarding with early tapes depicting the crew getting into fights with strangers, destroying property, skating and getting injured for fun. When MTV commissioned Jackass in 2000, the resulting program functioned as a synthesis of the CKY crew from Pennsylvania and the Big Brother staff from the West Coast. Although Jackass rose in popularity, the original CKY videos remained the foundation from which the entire movement grew. This project was made possible through the work of Joe Frantz, whose documentation of the crew helped shape the spirit that defined CKY from the beginning.
