Nike brings back one of the earliest silhouettes with the Nike ACG LDV. Originally designed in 1978 as a lightweight long-distance runner, the LDV – short for Long Distance Vector – accompanied US climbers Rick Ridgeway and John Roskelley on their march to the K2 base camp, becoming the conceptual starting point for Nike's outdoor line, All Conditions Gear. Now, the classic officially joins the ACG family, blending running heritage with modern trail suitability. This version keeps things clean: a textile upper in Black, accented with Summit White and White. The ACG branding on the heel features embroidery and leather detail, while the ReactX cushioning ensures a more modern rolling motion. The textured rubber outsole references Nike's Waffle heritage and provides grip for varying terrain. Monochrome palette, expedition DNA, low-profile shape: the black-and-white colorway is the everyday interpretation of the K2 story – reduced enough for urban pavement, robust enough for the path off it.
