Nike finally gave us what we want—TL's in Mens sizing! When Nike debuted the Shox system in the year 2000 it felt like the future was here.
The idea popped into the mind of Bruce Kilgore—the man behind the Air Force 1—all the way back in 1984. For 16 years Nike experimented with the concept of a spring system but it wasn't until the new millennium that they released the first Shox shoe.
The Shox TL brought the quirky suspension system to the whole midsole, incorporating multiple points of contact for a responsive feel.
