The MXR name is derived from the Maximizer series, a popular running shoe range that has been available on the Japanese market for many years, making Mizuno quality accessible to a wide audience. Although the MXR is designed as an entry-level model, it remains true to the essence of Mizuno and offers a high level of quality and technical sophistication. Particular attention has been paid to the new tooling, which enables stylish color blocking through detailed workmanship and the use of multiple elements. For the upper, Mizuno relies on a combination of airy mesh and metallic overlays.
